TSH is a pituitary signal, it likely won’t rise until BOTH FT4 & FT3 in range & even then it can take a long time to respond or -in some cases - like with me - even taking carbimazole and keeping FT4 & FT3 low in range / even borderline low a few months the TSH doesn’t respond. I’ve been on carbimazole over 4 years.
Your FT4 is in range but your FT3 is still quite high. Hopefully that will balance out given a little more time, watch for FT4 dropping too low before FT3 falls into range.
Block and replace can combat this. Higher dose carbimazole to totally block thyroid function, replacement levo to restore thyroid levels.
Have folate, ferritin, B12 & Vitamin D been tested?
