What blood tests would be considered a "Full Panel".in the US for a young person with hypo symptoms. I personally successfully self-medicate with Thyroid S, but I think a young person just starting out needs a full blood work-up. ... It's been so long since I started out, I don't recall what blood tests constitute a "full panel". ... Thanks for replies!

A full thyroid panel in any country would be TSH, FT4 & FT3. Would also recommend testing key vitamins of ferritin, folate, B12 & d3 and raising them to OPTIMAL levels - usually over 50% of range.
