Biomel Complete Gut trial... eases things along 🙂

I can now confirm having tried this out for a few days that it certainly activates something by adding these little critters! Gut already seems a little happier... early days

Has anyone else tried it?

I'm thinking it might be good for the constipation sufferers... mentioning no names 🤐

Maybe its the Bristolian water that causes constipation since Hashiboy and I are in the same county...ish. 😂

I need a dose increase but endo said no. I've been steadily slowing down again. Sent off bloods to MMH this morning so with some luck they will reflect how I feel and endo will have to reassess. 🤞🏼

Hmm, I'm at a similar point... on a slow tick over, bloods due in 2 weeks then the battle begins 🤼‍♀️ (supposed to look like wrestling 🤣)
