We just did a long beach walk, they are getting me more active already. Time spent worrying about thyroid is down a good 30% which I think is a good thing for me! 🐾🐾🐾🐾

tattybogle He is a serious chap! He even takes curling up on me very seriously. Bear is much more cuddly and needy.

My Jack Russell insisted on me letting her in and then out of the back door 3 times after our walk yesterday until I got the message that she wanted to be towelled off 🙄

😂 we are caving to everything this end. We had a “no bed” rule for about 2 minutes… the whining breaks my heart
