Are they supposed be 3/4 or 1/2 empty? Some are 3/4 full others half or less

An interesting observation Stace268. I have no idea! Maybe send pics to Roma and see what they say?

I suspect Eeyore100's comments below are the answer, but would be good to hear an 'official' explanation 😊

Mine have all looked like that? I think it is a good sign they could have taken up the space with more unnecessary fillers 😉

I guess it's just how much each one has settled, certainly mine all have plenty of air 🤗

The actual active bit is minuet

Now you've pointed that out how do they know what's what?

it would all be tested on each batch as compliance is very tightly monitored

sprinkle of fairy dust on each one 😏

You might care to have a quick look at this video (yes - of course it is PR for the company!).

No idea whether this company's capsule machines are used for Roma product.

I prefer 🍄's machine! Of course just filling with dodgy vits etc is a lot more hit and miss as no regulations

I suspect the scale of Roma production makes an automated approach more likely! :-)

i would assume it's simply due to the same issue as cornflakes suffer from :

"The contents of this packet may have settled during transit"

Vibrate/ shake them all for a few minutes to un 'settle' the contents again, then see if they still look different .
