Transdermal B complex patches - any experience?

Hi I've been looking for B vitamins and have had some suggestions - thank you!

I've just come across patches as a way of delivering vits and minerals etc. Same idea as HRT.

I know nothing about them. Has anyone used patches and liked or disliked?

I haven't used them and the price would prevent me doing so, I use a good B Complex and pay £19.99 for 90 days worth.

I just had a quick look at them. As I thought you wold need many of them a day to get any kind of decent dose. What about liquids? Again need to compare % values against Thorne Basic B for a good dose. Many B complexes are not active or methyl and lower in dose. I have a B12 spray that I use sometimes when stopping biotin for blood tests, it has a very pleasant taste.

Ah I see...yes got to be vigilant. I did see a PatchAid one Vit B PLus where they state one patch has

Vitamin B9 (Folate as 5-MTHF L-Methylfolate) – 400mcg / 100.00%

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) – 1200mcg / 50000.00%

I have looked at the Thorne to compare and thought this seems higher in B12 but I may have got my units confused?

What's the B12 spray you use?

The B12 spray is by Mykind Organics. I would happily take more than I need it tastes so nice.

The link above is what a lot of MTHFR people in the USA take/recommend, has 800mcg folate which is great but not cheap, can shop around for better prices. Also pleasant flavour.

The patch aid patch likely not enough folate for her, only 400mcgs and she's all but deficient.
