GP can’t help and so given up on me. Don’t know who to turn to now.

have a read of Dr Sarah Myhill’s website, she covers a lot on sorting thyroid and then fixing adrenals. Her new book has lots too. I listened to her speaking on the Let’s Talk Thyroid podcast recently and while I don’t agree with all of her methods she makes a lot of sense I terms of dealing with fatigue conditions. 🌱
