Displaying signs of anemia but bloods are negative.

I've attached the rest of my blood results that were delayed. (Had to reply to myself because I don't know how to add more than one). My doctor said that she can't see anything wrong in my blood tests, but I'm experiencing signs of anemia. I forgot to mention in my original post that the whites of my eyes are slightly yellow too. I'm so fed up of feeling rotten.

The signs of anaemia are pretty similar to being hypo. Your FT3 on last test looked very low. Are you sure you just don't need a dose increase?

Thank you so much for responding. I started a small t3 increase around a week ago. Would my t3 being low cause nausea?

Nausea is a hypo symptom for me so I would say yes.

I can’t see any results for liver function, iron, haemoglobin or Ferritin but might be because I’m viewing your attachments on a phone.

Probably my fault. Some results are on my previous post.

The test results you've given don't cast any light on whether or not you are anaemic. For a complete picture of your iron status and/or chances of anaemia you would need the results of a Full Blood Count and an Iron Panel.

Your B12 level is high, and if you are supplementing orally I would suggest lowering your dose or reducing the number of days a week you take a dose, just to save money. Vitamin B12 in excess isn't toxic. If you are getting B12 from regular injections there is no point in testing B12 at all.

For the body to be able to make use of B12 it needs adequate folate. In your shoes I would want a level of folate closer to the top of the range. The best way to raise folate levels is to take methylfolate. Avoid folic acid, for the reasons given in these links :

Thank you so much. I had no idea about the methylfolate.

Your creatinine level is below range, have you looked up low creatinine levels?

I noticed that too. The gp said it's nothing to worry about. I wonder if it is.
