Just been looking back on some Medicheck results from December and wondering if my Folate is high enough. I take a B12 complex every day (Vitablossom Liposomal B Complex) but do I need more folate?

FOLATE - SERUM
08 Dec 2022
19.4 nmol/L (8.8s - 60.8 R)
VITAMIN B12 - ACTIVE
08 Dec 2022
131 pmol/L (37.5 - 188 R)
VITAMIN D
08 Dec 2022

Personally I would take some extra folate for now, try to achieve half way through range then just the B Complex should be enough.
I'm doing that at the momet as my folate level tumbled and besides the same B Complex that you are using I add Vegavero Folic Acid 400mcg

Although it says Folic Acid it is definitely methylfolate and it has no additives other than linseed flour.
