Recently trying T4 and 3 combo. I have a blood test coming up and wondered about timing of meds before the test.
Test is 8.50 am. I take 10 t3 at 9am and 5 t3 at 4pm. 75 Levo around 11 pm. What should I do the day before test please and after? Thank you.

Advice given here is to take last dose of Levo 24 hours before test and last dose of T3 8-12 hours before test (splitting dose day before).

In your case the day before the test you would take your 9am T3 the same as usual and would move the 4pm T3 to between 9pm and 1am to give the 8-12 hour gap for that dose.
On the day of the test just take your normal morning dose after the test and you're back to normal.
For the Levo, let's say you take your test on a Monday. This is what you would do:
Saturday's dose - delay that evening's dose until Sunday morning.
Sunday's dose - delay until after the test on Monday morning.
Monday's dose - take at 11pm as normal.
If the test is on a different day just substitute the days and follow the above.
