hello, I am on liothyronine sodium and levothyroxine.

I took them in the morning, and not thinking I set the capsules on top of my air fryer. Well, after doing this I later used the air fryer (400°). I picked them up after sitting on the air fryer for 20 minutes, realizing what I did. The capsules all look fine, however the bottles were warm to the touch when I picked it up.

should I ask for a refill? Are these no good now?

I would suggest trying them for a few days. If you start to feel worse than usual then phone up your surgery, explain what happened, and ask for a new prescription. You shouldn't be penalised for making a mistake.

Why not ask your pharmacist for advice? If they say the tablets are likely spoiled then you'll have a professional's opinion which should mean your GP will have no problem reissuing the prescription. The pharmacist possibly knows more about conditions in which tablets should be kept than a GP.
