After my last results my plan was to stay on 150mcg levothyroxine and carry on with B complex, iron and vitamin d and then re test in 3 months but my dr has been trying to get hold of me and the receptionist said in my notes the dr has written "is over medicated need to reduce dose" so i'm presuming thats the levo. i have a telephone appointment tomorrow with the dr so should i say to stay on my current dose until my vitamin levels are optimal and then see?
Any advise would be very much apreciated 😁

These are all pretty good, Vit D almost at recommended level of 100-150 but you may want to aim for 125nmol/L, B12 is top of range and folate is half way through range. The only one still poor is ferritin. I would carry on with all your current supplements.
TSH 0.01 mU/L 0.30-4.20
T4 20.3 pmol/L 9.0-19.0
T3 5.9 pmol/L 3-5.4
If GP is using these results then I can understand why he's said you are overmedicated. If he wants to reduce dose and suggests reducing Levo by 25mcg, see if he will compromise on 12.5mcg and retest in 8 weeks, that might bring both FT4 and FT3 back into range and you can see how you feel then.
