salted OJ and assisting lung function

if anyone here is taking their cough medicine, inhalers, plenty of fluids and still struggling a very good hack is salted OJ quite regularly - adds a decent amount of potassium that is not typically added via supplements.

Boy, as soon as you have a glass you can notice an immediate help.

Too much sugar for some and I get that- but if you can handle this aspect a “home run “ for me :)

Please ignore all the adverts at the end - not what I am posting for , but for those who wants one experts view on the science of OJ and restoring health when hypothyroid…

I am not saying he is right with everything at all (especially over protein views) but some background context for anyone who has not studied this before - worried that some may think my point was being a bit “off topic” !
