When did you take your last dose of Levo before the test, we should take last dose 24 hours before blood draw to avoid a false high or false low FT4 result.

No FT3 test?

Are you still taking T3 as well as Levo?

Do you take biotin, B Complex or any supplement containing biotin, if so did you leave it off for 3-7 days before test?

How do you feel?

Last levo 24 hours before blood test, FT3 attached, no biotin, b complex etc. Extreme hair loss is happening but not sure it’s related. Thanks for any help. Not taking T3

Request GP test full iron panel test for anaemia including ferritin, vitamin D, folate and B12

Very common to need to supplement vitamin D and vitamin B complex continuously to maintain optimal vitamin levels

But ALWAYS test before starting any supplements

Hair loss can be low ferritin or low iron so definitely get a full iron panel done which will show if you have iron deficiency or just low ferritin.
