yes I have! It was very expensive but at the end she made a nutritional mix off the back of the results and it got rid of my eczema

this was 1 month later on the supplement and now I am eczema free, aside from a tiny patch on my neck.

What a difference and you're a cutie pie. Thnxs for sharing. Hope you dont mind me putting you in the spot but would you be open to sharing the ingredients of the nutritional mix???

in reply to Imaaan

yea ofc, but they are based on my personal results - I have a genetic predisposition to needing more vitamin C, for instance, so there is a lot of Vit C in it. The whole list is in the top of my bio 😊

I gathered that it was personalized for your needs based on your results but was curious to see the list. Thnxs for sharing. I'll look up your profile

I just finished looking at your profiland my heart goes out to you. You have overcome soo much and truly you're a warrior. Keep fighting and holding on to hope

You’re very kind, I really appreciate your kind words 😊 I have been through a lot but this forum has given me a really steady base from which to work. It’s my preferred place of all the online forums (and I’ve been in them all 😂). If I get well I hope to train to be a naturopath and treat people myself one day - but it’s quite an IF!

You have certainly done a thorough apprenticeship, your experience will be invaluable to others... I'm sure you will become an excellent naturopath 🤗

The world needs a little more kindness. You'd make an awesome naturopath. Nothing better than one who has real life experiences to connect with her clients. Keep hope alive and dont leave any room for "if" to creep up.

Is the high Vit C to help the adrenals? Or just to cover a general lacking?

in reply to TiggerMe

The very high vitamin C is kind of threefold -

1. I absolutely depleted myself of vitamin C doing keto and carnivore as that diet is basically devoid of it

2. I have a genetic predisposition to require more vitamin C than the average person

3. I have adrenal fatigue from prolonged ketosis

So I basically need a vat of vitamin C! But it’s a good thing for everyone to take as it’s water soluble and essential for so many things, including energy production which hypothyroidism makes so hard for us. The only thing that’s annoying about my supplement mix is, as greygoose pointed out, it contains some competing factors - like zinc and copper, Vit C and B12 so I take another B complex separately to ensure I am getting B12 😅

Wow! 👏 So maybe only any good through a Practitioner rather than self help?

in reply to TiggerMe

yes I think so, depending on your budget. I can message you the name of the practitioner? X

That would be useful, thank you 🤗

Things are going well at the moment 🤞 but I'm keen to keep on top of things, so if I do take a downturn I might take this route... I'll start saving now 😉

I’ve messaged you ☺️☺️
