I am due to see my endocrinologist again in December and would like to ask for the full bells and whistles in terms of testing! One of my main concerns is that I may be going from hyper to hypo given my latest results (TSH 2.11 and Free Thyroxine 10.6). I’m also concerned I may have an autoimmune disorder.
Could you please tell me which tests I need to ask for to get all bases covered?

Thyroid antibodies - Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroglubin antibodies
You probably wont get them all done at primary level even if your GP requests them as it's the lab which makes the final decision. If TSH is in range FT3 wont be done and FT4 may not be done. Thyroid antibodies tend to only be Thyroid Peroxidase at primary level if deemed necessary.
