Low energy, sleepyness, brain fog, constipation, moodyness, depression, anxiety, dry skin. I could go on.

What were your latest results - with ranges?

can constipation and dehydration also be a sign of over medication?

I would say yes, but, more likely that person would have low vitamin levels and the thyroid hormone wasn't being used properly anyway. Resting heart rate would be a better guide.

please be aware that the symptoms of underactive and overactive can be the same.

When undermedicated hypo my resting heart rate rises. I also lose weight The same happened when I was hyper so I look at symptoms and blood results to guide me.

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

How long on this dose

What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results

ALWAYS test thyroid levels early morning, ideally just before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
