Hi everyone j have been struggling for 10 months now with levels up an down. I just had blood tests done and TSH was 1 and free T4 was 14. I just thought 24 seemed low.Does HRT I interfere with thyroxine. Thankyou x

Yes HRT often results in needing dose increase in levothyroxine

Is HRT a patch or tablet

What’s the range on Ft4

Was test done early morning, ideally just before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
