Wondering what feedback everyone might have on these results and what the may mean?

FREE T4 - 19.6  ref 12.0 to 22.0 ……..seems high

TSH -  .92 ref 2.7 to 4.2 ……….seems very low

Free T3 - 4.1 ref 3.5 to 6.5 ………seems in low range

Your thoughts are appreciated in helping me understand what I need to do next.

That can't be right. A 'normal' TSH - euthyroid i.e. of someone with no thyroid problems - is around 1, so the range can't start at 2.7.

Your FT4 is ok, but your FT3 is much too low. You are a poor converter, I'm afraid.

I think the OP has made a typo. The typical reference range for TSH with those other ranges is 0.27-4.20
