A case management conference took place remotely on 21 January 2022 at which the Tribunal made case management directions and ordered that all appeals of the CMA's Liothyronine Decision will be case managed and heard together (the "Liothyronine Proceedings"). The Tribunal also made directions for the Liothyronine Proceedings to be progressed and case managed through the use of Ambulatory Drafts.
The hearing of the Liothyronine Proceedings has been listed for 26 September 2022 with a time estimate of 3 weeks.
