It is available to view on the competition appeal tribunal website of the CMA. It is complicated and likely to go on for some time.

Of course I think the fine against the drug companies involved with the price hike of Lio should stand!

I have not looked at what is available, just the entry for the proceedings, which appear to have been listed to start on 26/09/2022:

Mercury Pharmaceuticals Limited and Others v Competition and Markets Authority

Registered

14/10/2021

Tribunal

Andrew Lenon KC

Tim Frazer

Professor Michael Waterson

Status

Summary of appeal published on 18 November 2021.

By an Order of the President dated 15 December 2021, the time for the CMA to file a consolidated Defence is extended until 14 January 2022.

A case management conference took place remotely on 21 January 2022 at which the Tribunal made case management directions and ordered that all appeals of the CMA's Liothyronine Decision will be case managed and heard together (the "Liothyronine Proceedings"). The Tribunal also made directions for the Liothyronine Proceedings to be progressed and case managed through the use of Ambulatory Drafts.

The hearing of the Liothyronine Proceedings has been listed for 26 September 2022 with a time estimate of 3 weeks.

Gosh, this is a bit different. I remember a fair few of us all piling into London when Dr Skinner was on trial with the BMA. I don't think any of us were allowed in but were there for moral support.
