Have been taking this for 4 to 5 months now never thinking it may harm my Thyroid function or supplements I'm already taking (Vit D, MK7, Magnesium) as recommended on here after my last bloods. Any in it that may be detrimental?

Never ever supplement iron unless you have had full iron panel test for anaemia and found to be deficient

Suggest you stop taking this
Well, it's a pretty rubbish supplement, like all multis. But, doubtful you would absorb anything much because of the iron. Iron should be taken at least two hours away from everything except vit C, which is necessary for absorption. And the iron and the calcium will more or less cancel each other out! Talk about throwing money down the drain! I don't know how they get away with it.
