I had Iron test done (complete) so far this is the only result that has come back…. Is this ferritin level bad and should I start supplementing or just wait for the rest of the test and repost them all together, Im extremely exhausted and my chest pounds when I do even the littlest task.

That ferritin level is dire.
In the UK it would automatically be considered iron deficiency because it's less than 30ug/L (ng/ml is the same as ug/L) but would need an iron panel to confirm.
should I start supplementing or just wait for the rest of the test and repost them all together,
No, don't start supplementing until you've seen the rest of the iron panel. You could just have low ferritin with decent serum iron and saturation levels, in which case supplementing with iron will take your serum iron and saturation too high and can lead to toxicity.
Symptoms of low ferritin include:
◾Weakness
◾Fatigue
◾Difficulty concentrating
◾Poor work productivity
◾Cold hands and feet
◾Poor short-term memory
◾Difficulty remembering names
◾Dizziness
◾Pounding in the ears
◾Shortness of breath
◾Brittle nails
◾Headaches
◾Restless legs
Symptoms of iron deficiency include:
◾Persistent fatigue
◾Pale skin
◾Shortness of breath
◾Headaches
◾Dizziness
◾Heart palpitations
◾Dry skin
◾Brittle hair and hair loss
◾Swelling or soreness of the tongue or mouth
◾Restless legs
◾Brittle or ridged nails
Hi SeasideSusieThanks for your response. I did get regular blood panel done can you see anything as far as iron is concerned in these results? Im still waiting on the rest of iron Panel.
Second set of bloods
They're all within range and don't suggest anaemia so it could be iron deficiency without anaemia (depending on your iron panel results) or just low ferritin.
If its iron deficiency or low ferritin is the treatment the same? Also my Inflammation markers have gone up again could having anemia cause this?
I don't know what a doctor would prescribe for low ferritin but no iron deficiency. If your serum iron and saturation are good then as I said before taking iron tablets could raise them too much.
