First blood test with antibodies results - help understanding

Please could someone help me in interpret the below. First blood test after being diagnosed. Been on 125g levo for 8 weeks. I’m feeling better. Do you think my TSH needs upping by reducing meds? I did the blood tests at 8am before I take my meds at 8:30am. Also does the antibodies test mean I don’t have hashimoto's disease?
