Hi All - I have hashimotos/hypo and I take 200 mcg of levothyroxine daily. My TSH recently went down to .45 so might need to decrease my dose. I recently skipped my medication for a week and after I noticed the following symptoms: sometimes when I speak (particularly when I speak louder), I have a weird shock near the base of my neck on the right side. If feels like a mini-electric shock that is uncomfortable. It feels like it's almost related to a nerve or something. I experience it like once or twice a day, sometimes more.
has anyone ever experienced it? Not sure if it’s thyroid related.

That is the biggest mistake most doctors make. You don't adjust dose by the TSH result.
TSH is not a thyroid hormone, it's a pituitary hormone. T4 and T3 are the thyroid hormones and it's the FT4 and FT3 results that tell us our thyroid status - and FT3 is the most important test, it's the one that tells us if we are overmedicated - over range FT3 = overmedicated.
So what are your FT4 and FT3 results, including the referece rages (ranges vary from lab to lab so it's important to see the ranges when posting results).
