can any tell me if my gotire look swollen

I’m extremely fatigued and cramps in my legs and pain in them and feet. I feel like someone is gripping my neck. Just wondering if anyone thinks my goitre is enlarged. Gp is saying wait 3 weeks then they will test my thyroid levels as they were only checked 2 weeks ago and levels are fine. Thanks
