Considering the illnesses the thyroid hormones are not bad. I wouldn't change anything until you think you are over being poorly.The vit d is low. The advice I've read on here is to aim for a result of 100. So sunbathing is recommended! If you take vit d you also need to supplement magnesium to help the vit d.

My FT4 is 38% through the range and FT3 is 59.19% through the range going by the calculator
Don’t know what the roughly recommended ranges are as I know everyone’s different
Thinking of taking another 25mcg of Levo to bring my FT4 up to hopefully be around the same as my FT3 levels and hopefully that will bring my cortisol down?
