Finally got hold of my GP health records 🙌..this was my last test results few weeks ago. Any ideas what they mean

As per previous reply on earlier post

Low ferritin will be causing significant fatigue

Work on getting ferritin up to at least around 70 minimum

Red meat daily, liver or liver pate once a week

Orange juice with iron rich foods

Don’t drink tea after iron rich dinner

Suggest you get full iron panel test via Medichecks

Come back with new post once you get results

Meanwhile ready the many many posts and replies by humanbean re low iron levels

Doesn’t it look like your folate is low and your tsh rather high?
