I can't get into my messages. I've tried using Firefox, Chrome and Edge but the screen just keeps flashing. Is there a problem?

Hi June24, unfortunately lots of us are experiencing issues if using a phone or tablet to access the app.

I use Firefox and I can access mine.

I was reading another HU forum last night and it seems as though there were some members on there having this problem and for some it was working fine. Another one of the glitches that happens from time to time - gremlins at work!

Hi SS - what device are you using Firefox on? It might be that the problem is related to the device / operating system used.
