An old paper describing the effect of a DI01 mutation on FT4 FT3 and rT3 levels in humans

It's rather an old post but the paper describes what effect the DI01 mutation has on thyroid hormone levels and goes a little into combination therapy. Useful for those having the mutation to educate their GP when treatment is needed .
