Why are you taking iodine? Have you tested with a non-loading iodine test and found to be deficient? If so are you taking iodine under the direction of an experienced practitioner?
Are you diagnosed with hypothyroidism and prescribed thyroid meds?
I’ve come of Levothyroxine and the multi vitamin I always use has 150mcg iodine. I’m now on the point of starting with a natural glandular extract so I’m thinking I should stop the multi and tyrosine I’ve been trying ?
Multivitamins are never recommended on here
Test vitamin levels first and then only supplement what you need
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
Is your hypothyroidism caused by autoimmune thyroid disease, also called Hashimoto’s usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies?

Why have you come off levothyroxine?
Multivitamins aren't recommended. This is because they contain too little of anything to help low levels or deficiencies, they tend to use the cheapest and least absorbable forms of active ingredients, and they usuall contain things we should test for first before supplementing, eg calcium, iron, Vit D, iodine.
Some of the active ingredients can't be taken together, eg B12 and Vit C because the Vit C can affect absorption of B12 so should be taken 2 hours apart.
If it contains iron this affects absorption of everything else as iron should be taken two hours away from other supplements.
Iodine solution used to be used to treat hypERthyroidism so can cause hypOthyroidism or make it worse.
A few years ago I consulted a private practioner who put me on a multi and it contained 150mcg iodine. I had presented her with a raft of tests, including an iodine test which showed I was nicely placed in the middle of the range. I told her I wasn't low in iodine so should I be taking this supplement, to which she replied it will be fine. A couple of months later I retest iodine and it had gone from 150 (100-199) to 250 (100-199) so it just shows how iodine levels can easily be affected and end up far too high. I ditched the practioner.
What you should do is test the key nutrients - Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin - and supplement what is necessary at the appropriate dose. You are welcome to put your results with reference ranges on the forum for us to comment.
