I have a lump in my throat which ENT say is a globus sensation causing choking coughing. I have thyroid nodules. My saliva is slimy. It wakes me up in the night. I am full of slime

Do you have your recent thyroid blood tests to share Grdnkblu? Your symptoms might be linked to your medication not being optimal.

Have you ever tried Sterimar? I posted of a ‘fur ball’ feeling in my throat a while back and a forum member recommended it. It’s a water spay that goes up your nose and it worked well for me.

Probably post nasal drip causing your slimy feeling.
