Hi , yes I have hypothyroidism, which I was diagnosed with about 8 years ago.I do have a family history of hypothyroidism and osteoporosis, luckily I’m only hypo.

At the moment I am struggling with night sweats and hot flushes, not sure if this is thyroid or post menopausal 😕

Hope to get some good advice and hear how other sufferers deal with the trial of thyroid issues.

I really have no idea what they are to be perfectly honest.When ever they have been tested, Doctors will just say all good…you don’t get given results.

As for hot flushes my Doctor wanted to prescribe antidepressants. My answer was an immediate No.

So tonight I’m trying EPO.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately I tried that and it did nothing for me😩Fingers crossed for EPO.
