Hi, as we know many people treaded for hashimoto do not recover with any hormone combination. How far can go symptoms. Are they anyone that can't walk outside of the house, bedbounded?

The progress you make depends on how well you're treated. Unfortunately, the majority of doctors have no idea how to treat hypothyroidism, and when the patient doesn't recover as quickly as their doctors think they should, the doctors have a tendancy to start telling the patient that their symptoms are either 'due to something else (CFS, fibro, etc.)' or 'it's all in your head'.
But, just because a doctor says something doesn't make it true. And the fault is often theirs because they are not testing or treating the patient correctly. Under-medication and poor conversion are often the cause of the patient not recovering. But, no-one will know if the correct testing is not carried out. To get a full picture of your thyroid status you need testing for:
TSH
FT4
FT3
vit D
vit B12
folate
ferritin
It is not unknown for hypo patients - either due to Hashi's or other causes - to become bed-bound. I was myself for some time. For me, it was due to being on the wrong type of thyroid hormone replacement: NDT. No one type of thyroid hormone replacement suits everybody. Some people do very well on T4 only. Others on T4+T3, or NDT, or T3 only. I finally found that I needed to be on T3 only. But I had to find tht for myself. The majority of doctors are convinced that T4 is all anybody needs, and refuse to allow patients to experiment. And so, many, many patients stay sick.
Another problem is that being hypo can cause nutritional deficiencies, which will also make you sick. So, to find out what exactly your problem is, you need full thyroid testing, as mentioned above.
Reading your post, I get the impression that you are French, living in France. In that case, you should be able to get full testing from your doctor, with easy access to your results. So, post your results on here, with the ranges, and people will be able to help you understand what's going wrong.
