Doctor won't test FT3

Doctor refuses to test for FT3. I was extremely hyper with TSH suppressed with t4 30% out of the top range. He lowered my Levo from 150mcgs to 100. Started having shortness of breath, feeling really cold, bad constipation, frequent urination etc. I started feeling this within 2 weeks of the drastically reduced dose. Symptoms have been getting worse and the Doctor knows this, just took my blood today at the 7 week mark and still refused to test anything other than TSH and FT4. Ive begged and pleaded and he doesnt care. Can't get into an Endocrinologist for 2 more months.. What do I do? And is carb intolerance and frequent urination a hypo symptom? I go to the bathroom every 10-15min. Also my cortisol tested .441 at 3am out of a range of 0.122-1.551 ug/dL (6am-12)

He wouldn't understand the results even if he did. But, to be fair, even if he ordered FT3, it's doubtful the lab would do it. They have the last word, and they rarely test it.

Can you do private tests? Details of private testing here:
