Exhausted

My latest test results are attached. I’m feeling exhausted at the moment and wondered if it could be my levels. I had a b12 shot 2 weeks ago and even had another a week later to try and boost me, but I’m still exhausted. Should I tweak my meds?

What about your nutrient levels, are they all optimal? Ferritin in particular plays a big part in how well our thyroid hormone works and low ferritin or iron deficiency causes fatigue.

Was test done early morning, ideally before 9am, last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Day before test did you split T3 into 3 smaller doses and take last 1/3rd of daily dose approx 8-12 hours before test

You’re on high dose T3
