Maybe you could give the whole story here because unless members look back at your other posts they wont know that you are diagnosed and on thyroid meds.

Are you still on NDT?

What's the range for FT4?

What about TSH and FT3.

On NDT TSH is usually very low and FT4 often low in range but when optimally medicated FT3 is likely to be in the upper part of it's range.

How do you feel?

Your results suggest undermedication but if you feel well thyroid-wise then those may be the right levels for you. We are all different where we need our levels to be.

However, to interpret results accurately we need to know when last dose of NDT taken. To give a measure of normal amount of circulating hormone then NDT should be slit into two the day before and last portion of dose should be 8-12 hours before test. Any longer and it gives a false low FT4 and FT3, taking the dose before the test gives false highs.

Optimal nutrient levels are necessary for any thyroid hormone to work so it's important to know your Vit D,B12, Folate and Ferritin levels.
