Hi folks

I am going to try gluten free again but properly this time. I know it means completely separate prep areas for food but I am not sure where to begin and exactly what to do.

Please could you share your tips, books and resources. Also how long should I give it to see any benefits?

Thank you!

Breakfast can be challenging initially

If using oats for making porridge or muesli make sure to get “free from” oats

Get a separate toaster for gluten free bread

Don’t share same butter, jam, marmalade, chopping board

Lunch …GF crackers are nice option

Get/make GF treats and snacks for food on the go
