Someone with the knowledge you require will respond when they read your post.
Do you have the results of a recent blood test? If not request one and this is the method to get the optimum results we need:-
This is the procedure to follow:-
Always get the very earliest blood draw - even if made weeks ahead. Make sure you are well-hydrated the day before and the day of the blood draw.
It is a fasting test and don't take thyroid hormones before the blood draw and take afterwards (always with one glass of water) and wait an hour before you eat.
You need TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. Also request B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
Put your results on a new post for comments.
Sometimes we've been feeling bad for a long time, we do get very weary. We can recover our health if we have the right advice and a sympathetic GP.

You may find it difficult solely with a diagnosis or hypothyroidism as you will need the support of your GP / specialist or medical professional who can support your your claim (confirm your difficulties). The name of the condition is not what’s taken into account its the help you need. The doctor may report you have hypothyroidism which is treated.
A physical or mental health condition or disability where you:
* have had difficulties with daily living or getting around (or both) for 3 months
* expect these difficulties to continue for at least 9 months
The form asks you to describes the difficulties you have with daily living.
Claims can take a long time to process around 6 months & you often need to attend a meeting for formal assessment.
While you look into claiming please don’t accept your health can’t be improved.
What are your latest results? Eg TSH, FT4, FT3, Antibodies (TPO & TG) & nutrients such as folate ferritin vitaminD & B12. (and include the ranges)
What hormone replacement & dose amount do you take? You may be under medicated.
Do you have other health conditions, take any other medications?
What supplements do you take?

Welcome to the forum
How long have you been diagnosed as hypothyroid
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Sounds like your levothyroxine dose may need adjustment
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change or brand change in levothyroxine
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto’s or Ord’s thyroiditis) diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies
Autoimmune thyroid disease with goitre is Hashimoto’s
Autoimmune thyroid disease without goitre is Ord’s thyroiditis.
Both are autoimmune and generally called Hashimoto’s.
In U.K. medics never call it Hashimoto’s, just autoimmune thyroid disease (and they usually ignore the autoimmune aspect)
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you do your tests
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

I believe you are assessed based in the impacts issues have on your life and not the diease itself.
Hopefully, your gp or pharmacist has alerted you that thyroid diease gives you free prescriptions, you have to apply through your doctor.
