I took a saliva test and my cortisol at night is sky high. My DHEA is very low. I don’t sleep very well at all.
I have central hypothyroidism. I take 175mcg Levo first thing in the morning and 50mg DHEA (at 10am and 12noon as prescribed by my Endo). My vitamins very good last time tested (Nov).
Someone suggest Cushing, but I don’t have any symptoms
What could I do/take to lower my cortisol at night that doesn’t interfere with the Levo?
Thank you so much!

It's not just the night time level that's high, your morning level is very high too.
Did you discuss these results with your endo as Hidden and I both suggested a couple of days ago. I don't think anyone here is qualified to advise you.
As Seaside Susie & I both suggested you speak to your Endo about your high cortisol I wonder if you have done so? As your morning & evening ones are both high I doubt it's due to stress, so needs further investigations. You could ask your GP to do a 24 hour urine to see if that shows high cortisol.
