I might swap from Cynomel to tiromel because it’s an awful lot cheaper. Someone said there is a difference between them and they will need a different dose. Is that true? If so what is the difference? I am only looking for an answer to this. Not looking for any other advice. Thank you in advance.

I think it's very individual. Some members have said that they find Tiromel weak, some say it's the best T3 that they have tried. All you can do is try it and see how it is for you.
I've tried most brands of T3 and don't really find any difference in them at all. But, I'm not a particularly sensitive person where these things are concerned.
Personally if I find cynomel stronger. If I was taking 10 mcg of day Morningside, I would only need 6.25 mcg of cynomel. I have taken 25mcg of morningside but only 18mcg of cynomel. Both too strong for me tbf but cynomel definitely gives me major heat if I take too much.
