Swelling post hemithyroidectomy

I had my hemithyroidectomy surgery on 29th December 2021 and I still have a lot of sqelling underneath the wound site which I can feel when I swallow. The swelling feel like a hard lump.

Is this normal and if so, when can I expect this to reduce or go?
