I had COVID at the beginning of November. I changed my thyroid medication doses 3 months ago. Is it OK to get blood work done tomorrow? Or should I wait because of recent COVID infection? I’m about 3 weeks post symptomatic and just feeling really exhausted like I’m hypo. Please help!

I hope you feel much better after Covid as that must have been an awful experience.

As you are having a blood test tomorrow I would just go by the usual routine, i.e, The earliest appointment - fast (you can drink water) and don't take thyroid hormones until after the test.

Post your new results, with the ranges, onto a new post for comments from members. You can also mention that you've had Covid in Novenber.
