Was test done as early as possible in morning
Cortisol result looks low if test was around 9am
Don’t know anything about leptin
Looking at previous posts are you still on 100mcg levothyroxine plus 25mcg T3
What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results
all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
On day before blood test, split T3 into 3 smaller doses, at roughly equal 8 hour intervals, taking last 1/3rd of daily dose approx 8-12 hours before test
Important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Here's a recent post with discussions about weight problems

You will find it very hard to lose weight unless your thyroid bloods are optimal.
