I currently need to sleep for 11 hours a night to feel "well" the next day.
It's not just an occasional 11 hours a night, it's 11 hours every night. According to a sleep study, I sleep well, I just need obscene amounts of it.
Thyroid bloods are good (on NDT), anti-TPO is much reduced but still a bit high (around 150)
I feel like there's something missing.. and sleeping this much is incredibly difficult with work pressures.
please help!

What are your most Thyroid results
Always test as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water
Day before test split NDT into 2 or 3 smaller doses and last 1/2 or 1/3rd daily dose 8-12 hours before test
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
As you have Hashimoto’s are you on absolutely strictly gluten free diet
If not, get coeliac blood test done BEFORE considering trial on gluten free
