I had in juli 2020 tsh 1.21 en t4 17.4.

In feb 2021 tsh 0.54 and t4 17.8

In oct 2021 tsh 3.98 and t4 13.5

Tsh 0.38-5.33 y4 10-22 is normal range.

What would you think of this?

You had dose increase in levothyroxine to 100mcg about 10 months ago

Your latest results show you are ready for next dose increase in levothyroxine up to 125mcg

Important to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. These all need to be at good levels

Last post you said ferritin was low

How much do you weigh in kilo?

Thank you for your reply. I had taken a month ago just one week some vit b12 pills and my active! B12 last 8 oct was too high..? My hemoglobine was ok but that is not ferritin right? And my folaat she not checked. Perhaps I should take folaat? I think my Iron is ok otherwise I would crave for peterselie which i dont now. Though in my eyes under my eyes when I look in the mirror I see roze not red.My height is 1.75 my weight is 85 kilo

But I feel tired yes. My eyes especially. And my t4 is going down. Any idea what that may cause ?

So at 85 kilo you likely need to increase dose levothyroxine up to 125mcg

Retest again in 3-6 months

I will ask the doctor myself because she not proposed it as I am just in the range . But it is obvious something not going well with the t4 going much down and tsh up. And next time I ll ask her to check folaat and ferritine.. thanks again!
