occasional extreme fatigue and lower limb pain

I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism in May 2021, I am currently on 75mcg of levothyroxine. I have notice that every few weeks I have a few days where I am in more pain and stiffness and literally do not have the energy to do anything. As quick as it comes on it will go. This time it lasted approx 4 days the 2 weeks before this I was feeling really good, do other people get this? My TSH is 1.3, this was a fasting result which was taken while I was feeling unwell. All other results were also normal. I do also have fibromyalgia which was diagnosed 7 years ago but never had these issues.

How long have you been on 75mcg

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change or brand change in levothyroxine

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking

Are you currently taking any vitamin supplements

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins
