Heart rate variability plummeting

hello. I dont know if anyone can help, i know diogenes has written about heart issues.

My HRV on my oura ring was never great but for 2 plus years was consistently 25 to 30, only below 20 when ill. I started taking thryroid medication in mid April I think, could there be a link? (see graph attached)

I am scared as as far as I know heart rate variability is the best predictor of all kinds of health issues, and indeed of staying alive!

Possibly linked, since june my average heart rate over night has increased to about 56, for the 2 years previously it was mid to late 40's , and that raise i would expect and see as healthy with thyroid medication?

I am taking just over a starter does of t4 and a CT3 night protocol to try to get cortisol going as it was through the floor in the morning

thanks. HRV is an important measure and the thyroid is so linked to the heart but i cant seem to find anyone in the thyroid world or HRV world either who has looked at this, so if anyone had any leads at all i would be so grateful
