When I took B12 I liked this one by Cytoplan, it's a sublingual lozenge with two forms of bioavailable B12 - methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin:

Don't forget that when taking B12 we should also take a good quality, bioavailable B Complex to balance all the B vitamins. I like Thorne Basic B.

When taking B Complex we need to leave it off for 3-7 days before any blood test as it contains Biotin and this gives false results when Biotin is used in the testing procedure (which most labs do).

Are you sure you need B12? What is your level? Depending on your level a B Complex may be enough to raise your B12 level.

I agree, just use a GOOD 'All Round' B Vitamin Supplement, unless you have been Specifically advised otherwise. B12 isn't, generally speaking, actually Dangerous but it IS Expensive! (do you really need to 'Pee' All that Money down the Loo?)
