Good article wanted to show my NHS GP

I am happy with my latest results but NHS GPs still say I am overmedicated based on my TSH level. I'm feeling the best I have for a long time. I would like a link to an article from a reputable source that I can show to my doctor explaining that taking T3 -containing medication that suppresses TSH does not put me at greater risk of osteoporosis, heart disease anf stroke.

Do you have any good, fairly brief atricles please?

You shouldn't alternate doses of t3. Our bodies prefer the same dose of t3 at around the same time each day. It would be better to split a tablet.

90 mg of Metavive was too much and 60mg was not enough so I take 90 one day and 60 the other and have got a better result.

But it would be better for your body if you took 60 plus 15 every day by splitting a 30 MCG tablet.

Thanks. It would only be approximate as they are capsules but I can get 15 mg Metavive.

Hey, if your regime is working for you and making you feel better, why change it? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! 🤷‍♀️

That was my thought when I reduced my dose. I didn't think the amount of hormone in the difference of 30mg would have a significant detrimental effect.
