Raising T3 + T4

I have recently started medication again after a short break after not being able to source T3.

I have started on 12.5 T3 and 50 T4 after previously being on double this dose.

I am not someone that feels vastly different when on medication (perhaps I have never been optimised!)

How should I go about raising my meds? Do I need to test before every raise? (this could get expensive)

Any help apprieciated!

I did my blood before I started meds again, but now am wondering if I need to take bloods before each raises?

You do. Symptoms of over and undermedication are similar. The only way to tell is by blood results. Also on combo you alter 1 dose wait 6 to 8 weeks then do bloods to gauge the results. The results and symptoms then guide you to the next dose change in either levo or lio. It took me 2 years to alter doses to get to doses, symptoms and blood results that I am happy with.
